1. Send us their details
Share the details of a tutor you believe would be a strong fit for BrightTeach.
2. We review the fit
We look at whether they bring the teaching quality, experience, and standard we’re looking for.
3. We guide them through our process
If they’re a strong fit, they move through our normal recruitment and onboarding journey.
4. They’re placed with a student
Once they successfully complete the process and are matched with a student, your referral qualifies for the £250 reward.

A few important details
The £250 referral payment is made once the referred tutor has successfully completed our process and been placed with a student.
The referral must be submitted before the educator enters our existing recruitment pipeline.
The scheme applies to new tutors only.
If more than one person refers the same tutor, the first recorded referral will apply.
