A young person who was struggling to develop social relationships and was uninterested/unengaged in learning. He was struggling with anxiety, had post-traumatic stress disorder and was hypervigilant.

The tutor focused on his interests and strengths alongside his challenges and developed a bespoke, small step approach to his learning, ensuring he experienced regular success.

He is now fully integrated in a specialist placement and continuing to experience both social and learning success.

A young person with ADHD and Autism struggling to engage in any learning.  This lack of engagement was going to stop him accessing his preferred post 16 option.  

The tutor worked collaboratively with the SENCO at the young person’s school, designing a support package which would ultimately support him in achieving his required qualifications and enable him to progress to his preferred course.
